All technology, design, branding, software, documentation, and processes used in the platform, including our patent-pending system for capturing, processing, moderating, mixing, and broadcasting user-generated cheer expressions, are the exclusive property of Cheer Stadium Technologies and/or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without prior written consent.
2. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of the voice and video content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Cheer Stadium/Event Technologies a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, moderate, broadcast, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute your content for stadium playback, online streaming, and promotional purposes, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
3. Copyright Infringement Claims
If you believe your copyrighted material has been used on our platform without permission, please contact us with:
- Your full name and contact details
- A description of the copyrighted work
- The location or details of the content in question
- A statement that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

4. Actions on Infringement
We may remove or disable access to content alleged to be infringing and, where necessary, restrict or terminate access for repeat infringers in compliance with applicable law.
